Procrea Fertility and Coronavirus

We are asking that all patients present themselves solo unless a partner is required for a treatment scheduled that day or as a translator due to a language barrier. Absolutely no children allowed.

You will be required to answer triage questions at the moment you take the appt as well as at the confirmation of the appointment. You will also be required to answer a questions/questionnaire upon entering the clinic.

We ask that you do not present yourself at the clinic if you have travelled outside of Canada in the last 4 weeks, exhibit respiratory symptoms or have been in contact with a person who has travelled outside of Canada, or has confirmed case of COVID-19/ CORONAVIRUS.
