After obtaining her medical degree in Romania in 2003, she completed her residence of 5 years in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Arriving in Canada she passed the licence exams from the Medical Council of Canada, completed her residency in Family Medicine at the Universite Laval and obtained her Certification in the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) .
She also completed a special training in Women’s Health/Family planning at the Centre Hospitalier de l’Université Laval in 2012.
She practises Family Medicine in Gatineau , is involved in teaching interns and Family Medicine residents at McGill University and has continued to keep the Women’s Health cause close to her heart . She dedicates an important part of her practice to Women’s healthcare and has a keen interest in making it more accessible and efficient by increasing the awareness in the primary care.
