Susan Bermingham was formed in existencial and humanist clinic psychology and followed her formation through the years, among others, in couple therapy centered on emotions ICEEFT (International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy), cognitive behavioral therapy, on Young diagrams, in short and strategic therapy oriented to solutions, ATC therapy, bereavement, in gestalt psychotherapy of object relations (PGRO), systemic therapy.
Her customor base are adults (individual or in relationship) and she helps her clients to clarify and identify their needs and emotions, to find their strenghts and the nessesary resources to find convenient solutions for the individual. The patients can take reposession of their lives, choose what is right for them and flourish.
