Many of our patients add acupuncture to their treatment plan, as this technique can help reduce the stress and anxiety associated with treating infertility. Infertility advice
You will experience emotions of all kinds during your treatment for infertility. Stress, joy, frustration, anger … and a whole range of different emotions. It is just as important to take care of your emotional and psychological needs as your physical needs. Our psychologists and partner psychiatrists can play an invaluable role throughout your treatment. They are there to listen to you, support you and provide you with the tools you need to help you manage each phase of your treatment.
Nutritional advice
During your treatment, one of the aspects that you can take in hand is preparing your body for pregnancy. Basic principles include adopting good nutrition, regular physical activity, and avoiding smoking and consuming alcohol. By improving your overall health, you can increase your chances of becoming pregnant, having a healthy pregnancy, and having an uncomplicated birth.
